In June, at Apple\u2019s Worldwide Developers Conference, the company announced that developers would soon need to display consumer privacy practices in new, prominent summaries on their apps\u2019 App Store product pages.<\/span> Today, all of Apple’s app stores, including iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS, acquire these new privacy labels live.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Purpose of the New Privacy Labels<\/h2>\n

For example, Facebook<\/a> warned companies that iOS Audience Network revenue dropped by 50%.
The decline was due to the changes removing personalization from mobile ad-install campaigns.<\/p>\n

Apple, by slashing its App Store fees to 15% for developers earning less than Dollar 1 million, has taken some regulatory pressure off its feet.<\/span><\/p>\n
